Creating a culture of continuous learning and change

The Disaster Management Cell, Administrative Training Institute Nagaland had a humble beginning in the year 2002. There was neither faculty nor any set up for the purpose. Shri Kewachu Semy, the then Joint Director, Administrative Training Institute took the initiative, and contacted the IIPA, New Delhi for Resource persons, who came and did the first ever training of Disaster Management in Nagaland in the month of November 2003.
